En tant qu’analyste de données, vous transformerez les données en informations claires et exploitables afin de soutenir la prise de décision. Vous concevrez des analyses, des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs de performance répondant aux besoins des équipes d’affaires.

Responsibilities

Votre quotidien

• Recueillir et clarifier les besoins analytiques des utilisateurs;

• Extraire, nettoyer, transformer et analyser les données;

• Développer des requêtes SQL complexes et en optimiser la performance;

• Concevoir des tableaux de bord, des rapports de gestion et des indicateurs de performance;

• Définir et documenter les règles de calcul des KPI;

• Valider la qualité, l’intégrité et la cohérence des données;

• Présenter les résultats et vulgariser les constats auprès des parties prenantes;

• Participer à l’amélioration continue des solutions BI.

Qualifications

Les clés de votre réussite

• Formation pertinente en informatique, en intelligence d’affaires, en statistiques ou dans un domaine connexe;

• Expérience pertinente en analyse de données et en intelligence d’affaires;

• Excellente maîtrise de SQL et expertise avec Power BI ou Tableau;

• Bonne connaissance de DAX et de Power Query;

• Connaissance de la modélisation dimensionnelle, notamment Kimball, Star Schema, faits et dimensions;

• Capacité à comprendre les besoins d’affaires et à les traduire en analyses;

• Rigueur, autonomie et excellentes aptitudes de communication.

Vos atouts supplémentaires

• Expérience avec Python, les statistiques ou les analyses prévisionnelles;

• Expérience dans un environnement Agile;

• Connaissance de Snowflake, Databricks ou Microsoft Fabric.
