En tant que scientifique de données, vous utiliserez les statistiques, la programmation et l’apprentissage automatique pour modéliser, segmenter et prédire. Vous transformerez des problématiques d’affaires complexes en analyses avancées et en modèles qui soutiennent la prise de décision.

Responsibilities

Votre quotidien

• Comprendre les problématiques d’affaires et définir les approches analytiques appropriées;

• Explorer, préparer et analyser des jeux de données complexes;

• Développer des modèles statistiques et prédictifs;

• Réaliser des analyses de segmentation, de régression, de prévision et d’optimisation;

• Concevoir, tester et comparer des algorithmes d’apprentissage automatique;

• Programmer vos analyses avec Python, R ou des outils statistiques spécialisés;

• Utiliser Pandas, NumPy et des notebooks pour l’exploration et la modélisation;

• Interroger et manipuler les données avec SQL;

• Évaluer la qualité, la performance et les limites des modèles;

• Présenter les résultats aux parties prenantes et collaborer avec les ingénieurs de données pour industrialiser les traitements.

Qualifications

Les clés de votre réussite

• Formation universitaire en science des données, statistiques, mathématiques, économétrie, informatique ou dans un domaine connexe;

• Expérience en analyse avancée, modélisation statistique ou apprentissage automatique;

• Expertise en statistiques, segmentation, régression et prévision;

• Expérience avec Pandas, NumPy et les notebooks;

• Maîtrise de Python ou R et solides compétences en SQL;

• Capacité à traduire un besoin d’affaires en problématique analytique;

• Excellentes aptitudes en matière d’analyse, de communication et de vulgarisation..

Vos atouts supplémentaires

• Connaissance de SAS ou SPSS;

• Expérience avec Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric ou PySpark;

• Connaissance de Power BI ou Tableau;

• Expérience dans la mise en production ou le suivi de modèles analytiques.
