Votre rôle, votre impact
En tant que développeur principal ou développeuse principale mobile React Native, vous rejoindrez une escouade Agile multidisciplinaire évoluant dans le secteur financier. Au-delà du développement de fonctionnalités, vous contribuerez aux décisions techniques, à l’architecture des solutions et à l’amélioration continue des pratiques de développement. Votre capacité à intervenir au-delà de la couche React Native, à comprendre les interactions avec les plateformes mobiles natives et à diagnostiquer des problématiques complexes contribuera directement à l’évolution des solutions et des pratiques de l’escouade.
Votre quotidien
Développement et architecture
- Concevoir, développer et faire évoluer des applications React Native complexes dans un environnement d'entreprise;
- Participer activement à la conception technique et à l'architecture des solutions mobiles;
- Développer des composants robustes, réutilisables et maintenables, ainsi que des modules natifs iOS et Android lorsque requis;
- Intégrer les API backend et les capacités natives, notamment l’authentification, la biométrie, le stockage sécurisé, les notifications et la gestion des permissions;
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problématiques complexes, optimiser les performances des applications et assurer la sécurité des données sensibles.
- Concevoir et maintenir des tests automatisés et contribuer aux pipelines CI/CD;
- Mener des revues de code et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques de développement;
- Documenter les décisions techniques et les composants clés;
- Collaborer avec les équipes backend, UX/UI, assurance qualité (QA), architectes et responsables produit;
- Participer aux rituels Agile, agir comme référence technique mobile, accompagner les développeurs moins expérimentés et contribuer à la veille technologique.
Les clés de votre réussite
- 6 à 7 ans d'expérience en développement React, JavaScript et TypeScript, avec une expertise approfondie de React;
- Expérience significative en livraison d'applications mobiles React Native;
- Expérience concrète en développement natif iOS et/ou Android, incluant la création ou la maintenance de modules natifs;
- Expérience avec les API backend, les stratégies de tests automatisés et les pratiques CI/CD;
- Expérience au sein d'une escouade Agile multidisciplinaire;
- Maîtrise de JavaScript/TypeScript, ainsi qu’une excellente compréhension de l'architecture React Native;
- Solides compétences en diagnostic de problèmes complexes multi-couches et capacité à vulgariser des enjeux techniques;
- Bonne maîtrise des écosystèmes iOS et Android, notamment :
- Intégrations entre React Native et les couches natives/ modules natifs;
- Authentification, biométrie, stockage sécurisé, notifications, permissions;
- Gestion réseau, performances et configurations multi-environnements;
- Compilation, signature et distribution d'applications iOS et Android;
- Diagnostic de problèmes spécifiques à iOS ou Android.
- E xpérience dans le secteur bancaire, financier, de l’assurance ou dans tout environnement fortement réglementé;
- Expérience sur des applications à haute disponibilité et à large base d'utilisateurs, ainsi qu’à titre de référence technique, de mentor ou de développeur principal;
- Expérience dans des environnements multi-équipes avec plusieurs systèmes et API interdépendants;
- Connaissance des pratiques de sécurité applicative mobile et des solutions d'authentification forte.

Design, develop, and maintain complex React Native applications, contributing to mobile architecture and building reusable components and native iOS or Android modules as needed.
