Are you a Solutions Architecture Advisor looking for a place where your expertise drives real impact, where complexity sparks creativity, and where your ideas help shape meaningful solutions? Join a team of experts dedicated to supporting our clients in delivering large-scale projects, such as DevOps architecture support, cloud platform migrations, new system implementations, and the deployment of various solutions (CRM, CMS, ERP, software packages, etc.).

We’re seeking talented individuals to strengthen our expertise and enrich our technology communities, which are dedicated to supporting our clients across various business sectors, such as insurance, financial services, telecommunications, and more, in bringing their projects to life.

This strategic role will have you interacting with stakeholders at all levels, in a dynamic and stimulating environment. Throughout your journey, you’ll be supported by a community of solution architecture advisors united by collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day

Understand and analyze all business requirements to transform them into high-level requirements;
Participate in pre-sales meetings to help sales teams draft technical responses to RFPs;
Identify the impacts and risks of each solution and make recommendations on how to develop the solution;
Provide technical leadership and share your expertise and knowledge with team members;
Monitor and validate the detailed architectures defined by technical architecture advisors to ensure that the proposed concepts meet business requirements;
Drive the evolution of technical practices and solutions to ensure and improve the stability, performance and security of existing ecosystems;
Present solutions to clients and support them throughout the project.

Qualifications

Keys to your success

Bachelor's degree in computer science;
AWS or Azure certification (Solutions Architect);
Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years of experience in software or organic architecture;
Experience in large-scale products, including system migration or implementation of solutions such as CRM, ECM, CMS, ERP or other software packages;
Experience in the following technologies:
- Architecture modelling: C4 or ArchiMate;
- Programming languages: Java or .NET;
- Event management tools: Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ.
Ability to simultaneously manage complex, multi-faceted projects (business, development, infrastructure, security);
Strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all leverls of the organization.

Extra edge

Certifications in Power Platform, automation, Kubernetes, etc.;
Knowledge of DevSecOps and cybersecurity.

Language skills

French: Proficient
