Role Description The Data Entry Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Georgetown, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining client and policy information in company systems and databases. Day-to-day tasks include verifying data for completeness and accuracy, organizing electronic and paper records, and supporting administrative processes related to insurance policies and client accounts. The Data Entry Specialist will collaborate with team members to respond to information requests, assist with documentation for underwriting and claims, and ensure records comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves providing courteous, professional support to internal stakeholders and occasionally assisting with client-facing administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
- Solid computer literacy, including proficiency with office productivity software and data management systems.
