ServiceNow Architect
Alldus is working with a leading ServiceNow partner looking to add an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support a large, complex ServiceNow environment.
This is a senior-level position requiring strong cross-module ServiceNow expertise, technical leadership and the ability to provide architectural oversight across a team of ServiceNow professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and oversee the overall ServiceNow architecture and technical direction
- Provide architectural oversight across a large ServiceNow delivery team
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Lead architectural decisions across multiple ServiceNow modules
- Review solution designs and provide guidance to Developers, Consultants and Technical Leads
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective platform solutions
- Maintain platform governance, development standards and architectural consistency
- Identify technical risks and provide recommendations throughout the delivery lifecycle
Key Experience & Requirements:
- Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience within large or complex environments
- Strong cross-module knowledge, particularly across:
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Experience providing technical/architectural leadership across large ServiceNow teams
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, data models and development best practices
- Experience working across multiple workstreams and managing architectural dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to provide strategic direction while remaining technically knowledgeable
- CMA and/or CTA certification would be highly desirable
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are advantageous
