Pay Rate: $20.29 per hour

Schedule: 4pm to 12am
Allied Universal is looking for professional and customer-focused Security Guard - Concierge to join our security team in Vancouver, British Columbia.
This role combines concierge service and security responsibilities, providing a welcoming presence for visitors while helping maintain a safe and secure property.
What You’ll Do
Candidates selected for employment with Allied Universal are required to successfully complete the applicable pre-employment screening process. This may include criminal record checks, employment verification, education verification, and professional reference checks.

Allied Universal is looking for professional and customer-focused Security Guard - Concierge to join our security team in Vancouver, British Columbia.
This role combines concierge service and security responsibilities, providing a welcoming presence for visitors while helping maintain a safe and secure property.
What You’ll Do
- Provide professional concierge and security services to residents, visitors, and contractors.
- Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security systems.
- Manage property access and respond to security concerns and service calls.
- Enforce site policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with management or emergency services when required.
- Complete accurate incident reports, logs, and daily documentation.
- Identify and report safety, maintenance, and security concerns.
- 6 months to 1 year of security experience is preferred
- Valid BC Security Guard Licence.
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and wireless communication skills.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education/work experience.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada for up to 40 hours per week.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
