Shifts: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat; Various Shifts; (7:00-1500, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00) - Rotational Shifts

Shifts: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat; Various Shifts; (7:00-1500, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00) - Rotational Shifts
Requirement
- Familiarity with access control systems and alarm .
- Experience with report writing and note-taking.
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
- Valid Ontario security guard license
- Valid Full G Driver's License
- Must be eligible to work in Canada upto 40 hours per week.
- First Aid and CPR - Level C
- Must be at least 25 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Access control for the facility/area
- Present a polished, professional, customer friendly image at all times
- Ability to manage conflicts and incidents and to deescalate
- Patrolling and following protocols as per the post orders, which may include indoor or outdoor patrols, etc.
- Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies
- Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor or Manager
- Demonstrate good judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
- Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Operate/monitor security room equipment including but not limited to computers, CCTV cameras, radio, etc.

Responsibilities
Control access to the facility, conduct indoor, outdoor, and vehicle patrols, and monitor security room equipment such as computers, CCTV cameras, and radios. Follow site procedures and emergency protocols, manage and de-escalate incidents, and maintain accurate records and reports.
