Allied Universal – Security Guard Job Fair

Join Our Team!

Allied Universal is hosting a job fair on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at our Explorer Office. We are hiring Security Guards for various sites across the GTA, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

📍 Location: Allied Universal - 5580 Explorer Drive, Suite 300, Mississauga

📅 Date: Tuesday, October 20th, 2026

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Description

We are seeking professional, customer-focused Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure environment at various client locations. Available opportunities include:

• Mall Security – Etobicoke: Full-time, permanent positions with continental day and night shifts. G Class Drivers License is a must.
• Shelter Security – Mississauga: Full-time positions with continental rotations. Minimum 6 months of Shelter, Hospital or High Risk environment experience.
• Corporate Security – Downtown Toronto: Full-time and part-time positions with continental rotations.
• Distribution Centre Security – Woodbridge: Various full-time and part-time opportunities. Must have own vehicle. No public transit available.
• Security Guard – North York/Scarborough: Part-time positions available on weekdays and weekends.
  
  

Responsibilities may include access control, regular patrols, monitoring site activities, responding to incidents, preparing reports, and providing professional customer service, depending on the assigned site.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Strong communication, observation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow site-specific procedures and maintain a professional approach.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
• Successful completion of the required background check.
  
  

Additional Requirements For Mall Security Positions

• Valid Ontario G Class driver's licence.
• Minimum age of 25 years to meet site insurance requirements.
• Previous retail or mall security experience.
