Pay Rate: $18.29 per hour
Shifts: Full Time : Monday to Friday 2300-0700
Part Time : Saturday Sunday 1900-0700

Pay Rate: $18.29 per hour
Shifts: Full Time : Monday to Friday 2300-0700
Part Time : Saturday Sunday 1900-0700
Requirement
- Familiarity with access control systems and alarm .
- Experience with report writing and note-taking.
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
- Valid Ontario security guard license
- Must be eligible to work in Canada upto 40 hours per week.
- First Aid and CPR - Level C
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Access control for the facility/area
- Present a polished, professional, customer friendly image at all times
- Ability to manage conflicts and incidents and to deescalate
- Patrolling and following protocols as per the post orders, which may include indoor or outdoor patrols, etc.
- Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies
- Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor or Manager
- Demonstrate good judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
- Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Operate/monitor security room equipment including but not limited to computers, CCTV cameras, radio, etc.
- Perform in-car/vehicle patrols

Responsibilities
Control access to the facility, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV and other security-room equipment, and perform vehicle patrols. Respond to alarms and emergencies, de-escalate incidents, follow site protocols, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid Ontario security guard license, be eligible to work in Canada for up to 40 hours per week, and have First Aid and CPR Level C. The role also requires familiarity with access control, alarms, CCTV, report writing, and note-taking; applicants must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent, GED, or equivalent work experience.
