Shifts : Varying shifts; flexible availability is required.

Requirement:
- Familiarity with access control systems and alarm .
- Experience with report writing and note-taking.
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
- Must have a valid G2 or G driver's licence and access to their own vehicle.
- Must be comfortable driving for extended periods.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Valid First Aid and CPR is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Patrol interior and exterior of facility, looking for signs of illegal / criminal activity, vagrancy, theft, property damage.
- Access control for the facility/area
- Document shift activities in Daily Activity Report; complete incident reports with AUS mobile team.
- Present a polished, professional, customer friendly image at all times
- Ability to manage conflicts and incidents and to deescalate
- Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies
- Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor, client representatives, Account Manager (or designate)
- Demonstrate good judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
- Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Operate/monitor security room equipment, Completion of site required training
