Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard - Residential Swing Rotation In Toronto, Ontario.

Position: Security Guard - Residential Swing Rotation

Location: Toronto, Ontario.

Payrate: $18.80 per hour

Status: Full-time | Overnight

Shift: Sundays to Saturdays. (Various overnight Shift Schedules)

• Successful candidates must be able to work the full rotational schedule below:
  
  

Rot A: Mon-Thu: 23:00-07:00

Rot B: Sun: 21:00-07:00, Thu: 23:00-07:00, Fri: 23:00-09:00, Sat: 21:00-09:00

Rot C: Sun: 21:00-07:00, Mon-Wed: 23:00-07:00

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard - Residential Swing Rotation to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work night Shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in Residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Experience in Residential Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
