We're looking for a Site Design Engineer

Essential Skills And Experience

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field plus 2 years (24 months) of experience working in engineering design.

Position Responsibilities

Visit sites to collect engineering related data. Evaluating sites for engineering feasibility.
Provide engineering recommendations on site design. Drafting using AutoCAD; Making field visits to obtain necessary measurements to produce drawings.
Creating base drawings & integrating them into drawing sets. Making corrections to drawings. Plotting drawings.
Organizing & filing of project related materials. Quality control review of drawings. Generate standard details.
Out of town traveling as required. Other tasks as assigned. This position has no supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Visit and evaluate sites, collect engineering data and measurements, and provide recommendations on site design. Draft, revise, plot, and quality-check drawings using AutoCAD, while organizing project materials and traveling out of town as required.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is required. The position also requires at least two years of experience working in engineering design.
