Tasks
- Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts

Responsibilities
Set up and operate conventional and CNC machine tools to produce, fit, and assemble parts to precise dimensions and tolerances. Inspect and measure machined products, maintain and repair equipment and measuring instruments, and document deviations and inspection results.
Requirements
Requires a registered apprenticeship certificate and at least five years of experience, along with Machinist Trade Certification and a Machinist Red Seal endorsement. Candidates should be able to interpret engineering drawings, operate a range of machine tools, use precision measuring instruments, and hold a WHMIS certificate.
