We are seeking a Power BI Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization, data modeling, and business intelligence tools. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Transform raw data into meaningful insights using Power BI.
- Data warehousing using different technologies (Synapse, Fabric, SQL Server)
- Create and maintain data models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.
- Integrate Power BI with various data sources (e.g., SQL Server, PowerApps, APIs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
Technical Skills
o Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
o Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
o Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
o Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
o Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
o Proficient in SQL Stack
Soft Skills
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
o Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills
o Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
