Sr. I.T. Analyst
Full time/permanent opportunity
This is an in-office position, 5 days per week
The office is in Mississauga, very close to the airport
Job Description:
The IT Analyst serves as technical support for the organization, resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and connectivity issues for staff, QA, and Development teams.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- End-user technical support in an office environment, including hardware, printers, and Microsoft 365 / Office applications
- Troubleshooting network configurations, including routing/switching, VLANs, and subnetting
- Configuring and troubleshooting firewalls
- QuickBooks
- Setting up and troubleshooting VPNs (site-to-site and client), including authentication and certificate issues
- Administering and troubleshooting DNS and DHCP
- Administering Active Directory
- Hyper-V virtualization
- Linux servers
- Administering SFTP servers and managing file transfer accounts
Base salary - $70,000 - $85,000
