Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB, responsible for guiding homebuyers through the sales process from initial contact to closing. This position includes greeting and qualifying prospective buyers, conducting model home and showhome tours, and presenting floor plans, options, and pricing in a clear and professional manner. The Sales Executive will prepare and manage sales agreements, coordinate with construction and design teams, and provide regular updates to clients on build progress. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate customer records, following up on leads, attending community events or open houses, and meeting sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves monitoring local market trends and competitor offerings to help refine sales strategies and support the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications

Proven experience in residential real estate, new home sales, or a closely related sales environment.
Strong customer relationship and communication skills, including the ability to listen, ask clarifying questions, and present solutions clearly.
Solid negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Comfort with basic financial concepts such as pricing, upgrades, and mortgage considerations, and the ability to explain them to clients.
Ability to work on-site, including weekends and evenings as required for showhomes, appointments, and events.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software for managing leads, contracts, and client communications.
Knowledge of homebuilding processes, construction terminology, and design options is an asset.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between communities and showhomes.
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
