Monitor project adherence to Alstar policies regarding HSE, QA/QC, HR, Training Within Industry (TWI), material tracking, and job-site requirements.
Collaborate with field service operations to drive standardized work practices, schedule certainty, and cost performance.
Manage large change orders, scope growth, and monitor estimated vs. actual costs to improve future estimations.

Constructability & Planning

Support early-stage project development with constructability reviews, execution plans, and technical estimating support.
Identify key project stakeholders during the bid stage and build collaborative relationships with local and Indigenous communities to align with corporate commitments and regulatory goals.
Partner with client leadership for existing and prospective construction initiatives.
