Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and system integration expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a central role in reducing the carbon footprint of Canada's busiest public transit system while ensuring the successful delivery of world-class solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (System Deployment & Integration, Corridor Sub-Systems, Engineering, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning), manage technical risks, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and much more.

We’ll look to you to

Participate to the System definition and the system sizing
Participate to the railway system analysis through a MBSE approach
Write some system specifications and make them approved by all the stakeholders.
Participate to the requirement analysis and development
Participate to the change analysis
Deliver Turnkey Bundle baselines with the quality cost and planning expected following Alstom processes
Identify and coordinate the technical inputs/outputs configuration (requirement, RFI, change requests, early warnings ...)
Ensuring alignment with subsystems
Maintaining technical consistency throughout the development lifecycle
Identify and Review assumptions, exclusions related to the baselines

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or in the process of obtaining it
Experience in project deployment across the full lifecycle, including commissioning.
At least 5 years of experience working on railway projects in a technical role.
Strong customer relationship management in contractual settings.
Proactive communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and critical thinking abilities
Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
Resilience, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
Fluency in English, including writing in Simplified Technical English.

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is $100,000 – $135,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
