  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

  • A resourceful personality with a preference for practical applications of concepts

  • Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and SAP)

  • Knowledge of design software (e.g., CATIA V5, SolidWorks, CREO, etc.)

  • Strong communication and diplomatic skills

  • Proficiency in French and English, written and spoken

  • Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers

  • Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset to facilitate communication with our partners, suppliers, colleagues, and international clients. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with innovative tools and technologies in the engineering field

  • Collaborate with diverse and supportive teams

  • Contribute to sustainable and impactful projects

  • Experience a dynamic and inclusive working environment

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
