Engineering Management Coordinator (VIE)

Take on a new challenge and apply your project coordination, performance management and digital reporting expertise in a dynamic engineering environment. You’ll report to the Engineering Management Office Lead and work alongside passionate, motivated and collaborative international teammates.

You'll specifically support the Engineering Management Office in driving governance, performance monitoring, resource visibility, continuous improvement and decision-making across engineering activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Managers, Project Engineering Managers, PMOs, HR and Finance).

You'll be the person the team turns to for coordination, reporting, governance support and performance visibility. No two days are the same, but day-to-day you'll manage dashboards, support management reviews, coordinate action plans and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools.

You'll specifically take care of:

Support the Engineering Management Office in monitoring engineering performance through KPIs, dashboards and management reporting.
Consolidate and validate engineering data from multiple teams and sites to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Coordinate management reviews, governance meetings, leadership workshops and operational reviews, including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
Support workload and capacity planning activities by consolidating resource demand, staffing needs and forecast information.
Develop, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards, SharePoint sites and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-making.
Contribute to the implementation and automation of standard engineering reports and performance indicators.
Support process deployment, continuous improvement initiatives and engineering transformation programs.
Coordinate communication and knowledge sharing activities across engineering teams and communities.
Support preparation of presentations, business reviews and executive reporting materials.
Ensure engineering documentation, repositories and performance records are maintained and accessible.

Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements.
Support management of engineering priorities and strategic initiatives.
