10+ years of project controls experience on large-scale capital or major projects, including demonstrated experience leading teams and managing direct reports.
Strong knowledge of cost control, forecasting, earned value management, AACE estimate classifications, scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, risk management, and change management.
Proven ability to implement new tools, technologies, process improvements, and digital or AI-enabled solutions.

A leadership style that supports mentoring, collaboration, accountability, and relationship-building across teams and leadership levels.
A strategic, innovative, and adaptable mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver effectively in high-pressure environments.
