Cleanliness at Altea is part of the member experience. The Facilities Lead, leads a small team of Facilities Associates, sets the pace on the floor, and takes personal ownership of a facility that looks and feels exactly the way a premium club should.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the Team on Shift. You set the standard on the floor and your team follows. You assign tasks, check work, give feedback in the moment, and make sure no area slips on your shift.
- Own the Cleanliness Standard. Changerooms, washrooms, fitness floor, studios, recovery areas, and common spaces. You hold every area to the Altea standard and you address gaps before a member notices them.
- Manage Linen and Supplies. You track towel deliveries, monitor supply levels, maintain SDS binder records, and ensure chemicals are stored and labelled correctly.
- Communicate and Report. Maintenance issues, safety concerns, facility needs. You surface what needs attention and close the loop with the Club General Manager.

- You take pride in the details and you are consistent. A smudge on a mirror, a changeroom that needs attention. You notice it because you care. The standard doesn't change based on how busy the club is or how late the shift runs.
- You are reliable. Your team and the club count on you. You show up prepared and finish what you start.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a custodial, janitorial, or facilities cleaning role, premium environment is an asset
- Experience leading or directing a small team is an asset
- Strong working knowledge of cleaning methods, WHMIS, sanitation standards, and commercial equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and takes genuine ownership of the quality of the shift
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C, maintained annually
- Criminal Background Check required prior to commencement
