What Will My Responsibilities Be?

Lead and/or contribute to the design and development of complex software systems
Design solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with the team lead to define the project plan
Implement and advocate for best practices in software engineering and design patterns
Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools and technologies
Lead efforts to refactor and optimize existing code for efficiency and maintainability
Maintain and enhance existing software applications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring (Boot, Cloud, Security), Hibernate, JavaScript/TypeScript, and JUnit
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and their practical application
Proven experience in performance optimization, scalability, and improving software quality
Demonstrated ability to capture user requirements and design functional solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex situations into actionable steps
Extensive experience in designing end-to-end test scenarios and writing comprehensive unit tests
Hands-on experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Fluent English required (daily meetings with an international team; a proficient level is necessary to actively participate and understand technical documentation).

Diriger et/ou contribuer à la conception et au développement de systèmes logiciels complexes
Concevoir des solutions répondant aux exigences de performance, de scalabilité et de sécurité
Promouvoir l'excellence technique via des revues de code, des discussions de conception et le partage de connaissances
Collaborer avec le·a chef·fe d'équipe pour définir le plan de projet
Mettre en œuvre et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques en ingénierie logicielle et en modèles de conception
Contribuer à l'évaluation et à l'adoption de nouveaux outils et technologies
Diriger les efforts de refactorisation et d'optimisation du code existant pour améliorer l'efficacité et la maintenabilité
Maintenir et améliorer les applications logicielles existantes

Diplôme de premier cycle en informatique, en génie ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente
5 ans et plus d'expérience pratique avec Java, Spring (Boot, Cloud, Security), Hibernate, JavaScript/TypeScript et JUnit
Compréhension approfondie de la programmation orientée objet, des modèles de conception et de leur application pratique
Expérience prouvée en optimisation des performances, en scalabilité et en amélioration de la qualité logicielle
Expérience démontrée dans la capture des exigences utilisateurs et la conception de solutions fonctionnelles
Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à décomposer des situations complexes en étapes actionnables
Expérience approfondie dans la conception de scénarios de test de bout en bout et la rédaction de tests unitaires complets
Expérience pratique avec les pipelines CI/CD Jenkins et les pratiques DevOps
Maîtrise de l'anglais requise (réunions quotidiennes avec une équipe internationale, un niveau courant est donc souhaité pour participer activement et comprendre la documentation technique).
