Day to day activities:

When needed, support DevOps tooling and practices
Own feature delivery end-to-end: Angular 17+/TypeScript 5.x/Angular Material frontend, Java 17+/Jakarta EE 10 backend
Design API contracts, error handling, logging, performance-conscious services
Automated testing: Jest (frontend) + JUnit 5 (backend)
Database work: schema creation/modification, queries, basic performance tuning, migrations
Use AI tools (Copilot, Windsurf/Devin) and integrate LLM components (vector DB e.g. ChromaDB, RAG flows, LangChain/Haystack)
Git, code reviews, Maven, Docker
Agile ceremonies, estimations, communicating progress/risks
Cross-stack troubleshooting (UI/API/DB/container/runtime)

Candidate requirements

Must-haves:

Strong hands-on full stack delivery experience, Angular 17+, TypeScript 5.x, Angular Material
Java, Jakarta EE 10
SQL / relational database fundamentals
Hands-on AI experience: For example: GitHub Copilot and/or Windsurf/Devin, understanding of vector databases (RAG flows), exposure to LangChain or Haystack
Git, Maven, Docker
Strong business communication, able to understand a BA without heavy translation, able to present own work
Oracle / PL-SQL

Nice to have:

Reinsurance system experience (not just general insurance)
Financial sector background preferred
