Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to support program/project management, budgeting, reporting, governance, and change management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project/program budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Develop high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
Support program/project management, governance, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Drive and support change management activities, including communication and adoption.
Track project KPIs, action items, deliverables, and overall program progress.
Facilitate project meetings and provide clear and effective stakeholder communication.
Identify risks and issues and support mitigation and resolution activities.

Required Skills

Strong PMO / Program / Project Management experience.
Hands-on experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting.
Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, data analysis.
Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Change Management and stakeholder management.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
