About the Opportunity

Join a collaborative digital experience team supporting high-traffic web and mobile applications within the retail pharmacy sector. As an L2 Application Support Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining production stability, investigating complex issues and supporting reliable digital experiences across web, iOS and Android platforms.

You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary Agile team of developers, business analysts, architecture, DevOps and project professionals. This is an opportunity for an experienced support professional who enjoys getting beneath the surface of an issue, connecting signals across multiple systems and helping teams make informed decisions during incidents and releases.

You’ll contribute to Root Cause Analysis, post-incident reviews and follow-up actions that strengthen production stability.

You’ll support overnight deployments, weekend patching activities and Major Incident coverage when required.
You’ll communicate clearly with technical teams, stakeholders and management, adapting your message to the audience.

Skills and Qualifications

7+ years of relevant application support or production operations experience.
Hands-on experience with Azure Application Insights, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor and synthetic monitoring concepts.
Strong incident management, change management and production support experience.
A structured, hypothesis-driven investigative approach with strong root cause analysis skills.
Experience supporting web applications, backend services or APIs, and iOS and Android applications.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional Agile environment.
QA, web or mobile validation experience and mobile crash analytics exposure are considered assets.

À titre de consultant(e) en soutien applicatif niveau 2 (L2), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la stabilité des environnements de production, l’analyse d’incidents complexes et le maintien d’une expérience numérique fiable sur les plateformes Web, iOS et Android.

Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe Agile multidisciplinaire composée notamment de développeurs, d’analystes d’affaires, de spécialistes DevOps, d’architectes de solutions et de professionnels en gestion de projets.

Nous recherchons une personne expérimentée en soutien applicatif qui aime aller au fond des problèmes, établir des liens entre plusieurs systèmes et données techniques, et collaborer avec différentes équipes afin de résoudre efficacement les incidents de production.

Ce que vous ferez

Assurer le soutien de niveau 2 pour des applications Web et mobiles en environnement de production.
Analyser les incidents à l’aide de la télémétrie, des journaux, des alertes, des métriques et des outils de surveillance.
Effectuer des analyses structurées afin d’identifier les causes probables et les causes fondamentales des problèmes.
Corréler les informations provenant des applications, des API, des déploiements, des outils de surveillance et de l’infrastructure.
Utiliser des outils tels que Azure Application Insights, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor ainsi que des solutions de surveillance synthétique comme Dotcom-Monitor.
Participer à la gestion des incidents majeurs et à la qualification de leur niveau de sévérité.
Collaborer avec les équipes applicatives, infonuagiques, infrastructure, plateforme et les partenaires externes au besoin.
Contribuer aux analyses de causes fondamentales (RCA) ainsi qu’aux suivis et plans d’action après incident.
Superviser et soutenir les déploiements d’applications Web, de services backend, d’API et d’applications mobiles iOS et Android.
Effectuer la validation après déploiement et surveiller la stabilité des systèmes.
Participer aux décisions de mitigation ou de retour arrière lorsqu’un déploiement affecte la stabilité.
Documenter les investigations afin qu’elles puissent être reproduites et améliorées.
Communiquer clairement avec les équipes techniques, les parties prenantes et la direction en adaptant le message à l’auditoire.

Compétences et expérience recherchées

Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience pertinente en soutien applicatif, soutien à la production ou opérations applicatives.
Solide expérience en soutien d’applications en environnement de production.
Expérience avec des applications Web, des services backend et/ou des API.
Expérience pratique en surveillance d’applications, analyse de journaux, télémétrie et diagnostic d’incidents.
Expérience avec Dynatrace, Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor ou des outils comparables de surveillance et d’observabilité.
Bonne compréhension des concepts de surveillance synthétique.
Solide expérience en gestion des incidents, gestion des changements et analyse des causes fondamentales.
Capacité à mener des investigations de façon structurée et à distinguer les symptômes des causes fondamentales.
Capacité à déterminer quand poursuivre l’analyse et quand effectuer une escalade avec des faits et des données à l’appui.
Expérience de travail dans un environnement Agile multidisciplinaire.
Excellentes aptitudes en collaboration, communication et résolution de problèmes.
Capacité à exercer un leadership par l’influence plutôt que par l’autorité.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

La disponibilité en dehors des heures normales de travail est une exigence importante du poste.

La personne sélectionnée devra être disponible pour :

Participer à certains déploiements de nuit.

Participer occasionnellement à des activités de correctifs et de validation durant les fins de semaine.
