We're looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join a customer-focused retail showroom in Mississauga. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for sales with hands-on team leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Showroom Manager to support daily operations, coach Sales Associates and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll lead by example on the sales floor, driving your own sales results while helping the team achieve its goals.

What's In It for You

Competitive compensation with a strong commission structure and uncapped earning potential.

You'll greet customers, understand their needs and deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Strong sales abilities with a customer-first mindset and a track record of building relationships.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance individual sales targets with team priorities.

A professional appearance and approach to customer interactions.

Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
