About the Opportunity
Our client, a post-secondary institution is seeking an experienced Bilingual Change Management Consultant to support a series of defined initiatives in preparation for an upcoming accreditation process. This engagement is focused on helping faculty members, staff, learners, and other stakeholders understand and confidently communicate the impact of improvements already delivered across the organization.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at both the strategic and tactical levels. You’ll have access to internal resources who can provide institutional context and stakeholder connections, while independently owning the change management work from strategy through execution.
What’s In It for You
You’ll take ownership of a meaningful, high-visibility engagement where your work will directly influence stakeholder awareness, confidence, and readiness. The flexible 3-to-6-month engagement may be completed on a full-time or part-time basis, making it well suited to an experienced consultant who values autonomy and the opportunity to deliver tangible results.
Your Responsibilities
- You’ll independently lead and execute change management activities from planning through delivery and measurement
- You’ll engage stakeholders to understand needs, impacts, opportunities, and readiness for change
- You’ll develop practical change management strategies, implementation plans, surveys, and assessments
- You’ll design and execute stakeholder engagement activities across diverse internal audiences
- You’ll personally create communications, presentations, training materials, surveys, and other change artifacts
- You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape strategy while translating that strategy into actionable deliverables
- You’ll measure adoption and help stakeholders confidently articulate the impact of completed improvements
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive change management experience, ideally within complex, stakeholder-rich environments
- Full professional fluency in English and French, with advanced written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Demonstrated experience independently leading end-to-end change management engagements
- Strong hands-on capability developing communications, presentations, surveys, assessments, training materials, and engagement activities
- Proven ability to engage senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups with confidence and credibility
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and detailed execution without relying on a broader change team
- Experience supporting accreditation, healthcare, academic, or similarly complex organizational initiatives is considered an asset
