Original job description

Location: Toronto, ON, On-site (5 days per week)

Language: Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages

Duration: Contract from October 5th to December 18th, 2026

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Bilingual Communications Coordinator to support a busy education and membership services team during a high-volume period. This role plays a critical part in ensuring students and members receive timely, professional support while helping maintain operational excellence across multiple programs.

Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will serve as a key point of contact for inquiries, registrations, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-focused setting, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in both English and French.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll respond to student and member inquiries by phone and email in both English and French, ensuring a professional and timely customer service experience

You’ll process course registrations accurately while maintaining attention to detail and service standards

You’ll triage incoming requests and direct inquiries to the appropriate coordinator based on program portfolios

You’ll support day-to-day administrative and operational activities to help maintain service levels during peak periods

You’ll manage shared inboxes, monitor outstanding requests, and follow up on pending items as required

You’ll contribute to a positive client experience by providing clear communication and effective problem resolution

Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of administrative coordination, customer service, and academic program support experience in a fast-paced environment

Fully bilingual in English and French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage high volumes of inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands

Experience working with registrations, data entry, or administrative processes is considered an asset

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing shared inboxes or CRM systems

Demonstrated commitment to customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail
