Your Responsibilities

You’ll manage payroll and audit activities for multiple Canadian clients, including scheduling, processing and balancing payrolls.
In this role, you’ll complete third-party remittances, year-end balancing, filing and required reporting within established deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of Canadian payroll processing experience, combined with at least 2 years of client service experience.
Fluency in English and French is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, along with strong internet research skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to turn findings into actionable solutions and processes.
Excellent relationship-building and client service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Post-secondary education in administration, client service, HR or a related area is preferred, or equivalent experience.
National Payroll Institute certification, including PCP or CPM, or active progress toward certification, is considered an asset.

Compétences et qualifications

2 ans ou plus d’expérience en traitement de la paie canadienne, ainsi qu’au moins 2 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle.

Bilinguisme français et anglais obligatoire, avec d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite dans les deux langues.

Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Word et Excel, ainsi que de solides compétences en recherche sur Internet.
