About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences that bring communities together? We are seeking a Brand Experience Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of engaging brand experiences and community-focused programs for a leading organization in the outdoor apparel industry.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you'll play a key role in delivering events, supporting professional partner programs, and ensuring every experience reflects a commitment to quality, collaboration, and innovation. Your Responsibilities

You'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of brand experiences, community events, and experiential marketing initiatives.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate programming, logistics, timelines, and event delivery.

You'll manage contracts, purchase orders, invoices, vendor coordination, and other administrative processes to keep projects on track.

You'll provide coordination and administrative support for professional partner programs, maintaining documentation, onboarding activities, and tracking tools.

You'll assist with travel arrangements, venue logistics, product coordination, and on-site event support as required.

You'll research industry trends, programming concepts, speakers, and community partners to support future initiatives.

You'll contribute to project reporting, event recaps, and process improvements that enhance program delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of experience in event coordination, project coordination, experiential marketing, partnerships, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Experience supporting contracts, invoicing, purchase orders, budgets, or other administrative processes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new project management and administrative platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.

Ability to travel as required and adapt confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience coordinating large-scale events, community programming, professional partner or ambassador programs, or a passion for the outdoor industry is considered an asset.
