An empathetic, patient and solutions-focused approach to customer interactions.
Confidence making outbound calls and discussing sensitive financial matters.
Strong listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook and learning new systems. Collections tools, skip tracing and credit bureau knowledge are assets.
Flexibility for rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., including approximately two evening shifts (12 p.m. to 8 p.m.) monthly and one shorter Saturday shift (9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.) per month.
