About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about building secure, scalable systems and shaping DevOps practices from the ground up? We’re seeking a Systems Administrator with strong DevOps and DevSecOps expertise to help a technology-driven organization advance its automation, security, and cloud infrastructure capabilities.

Working alongside architecture, engineering, security, and data teams, you'll play a key role in establishing DevOps standards, governance, and secure CI/CD practices. This is an opportunity to influence how DevOps is implemented across the organization, bringing structure, automation, and security to a growing technology environment.

What's In It for You

Join a collaborative team where your expertise will help shape an evolving DevOps journey. You'll have the opportunity to establish best practices, influence technical decisions, and work with modern cloud, automation, and security technologies while making a lasting organizational impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll help define, document, and implement enterprise DevOps standards, governance frameworks, and secure SDLC practices.
  • You'll design and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • You'll integrate DevSecOps security tooling, including SAST, DAST, and code quality analysis, into automated development workflows.
  • You'll act as a DevOps subject matter expert, partnering with architects, engineering, security, and data teams to establish scalable automation practices.
  • You'll support AWS infrastructure, identity and access management, API integrations, and secure platform deployments.
  • You'll strengthen DevOps capabilities through knowledge transfer, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience building secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub automation, and Terraform, with knowledge of Ansible.
  • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including SAST, DAST, secure SDLC, and code quality tools such as Veracode, Snyk, SonarQube, or SonarCloud.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, CIAM, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and API management.
  • Experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and integrating DevOps practices across engineering and operational environments.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Bash or Python scripting, and secure deployment practices.
  • Ability to establish technical standards, document best practices, influence stakeholders, and support governance initiatives. CRM administration experience, relevant certifications, or a related degree are assets.
