You'll play an important role in supporting the management, distribution, and preservation of photo and video assets used by teams across the organization.

Working closely with creative, production, and post-production professionals, you'll help streamline workflows, manage asset requests, and ensure content reaches the right people at the right time. This is an opportunity to combine your technical knowledge with your organizational strengths while helping a growing team work more efficiently.

  • Join a creative, collaborative environment where your contributions make a meaningful difference.
  • Enjoy flexible hybrid work arrangements and a team that values adaptability and work-life balance.
  • Gain exposure to diverse creative projects while strengthening your digital asset management and post-production expertise.
  • Help shape and improve processes that support teams across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll support production and post-production workflows, including file backups, media organization, logging, and preparation.
  • You'll manage incoming asset requests and prepare proxy, high-resolution, and delivery-ready files for distribution.
  • You'll maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring consistent metadata tagging, naming conventions, taxonomy, and file organization.
  • You'll monitor asset integrity, usage rights, licensing restrictions, and archival requirements.
  • You'll collaborate with creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure media is accessible and delivered efficiently.
  • You'll identify opportunities to improve asset tracking, automation, discoverability, and overall workflow efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital assets, media libraries, creative content repositories, or production and post-production workflows.
  • Strong understanding of photo and video production, media management, file formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and proxy workflows.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Bridge, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder, with Adobe Bridge and DAM experience considered assets.
  • Knowledge of metadata standards, file organization, digital archives, and long-term asset preservation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across creative and business teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • A relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in media production, post-production, information management, or a related field.
