Your Responsibilities

Vos responsabilités

Vous dirigerez la planification et l’exécution de missions d’audit d’états financiers en assurant la qualité des livrables et le respect des échéanciers.

Vous accompagnerez les équipes de mission en les coachant et en favorisant leur développement technique et professionnel.

Vous développerez des relations durables avec les clients en comprenant leurs enjeux d’affaires et en leur offrant des conseils à valeur ajoutée.

Vous mettrez à profit votre jugement professionnel afin d’identifier les risques, d’analyser des situations complexes et de proposer des solutions adaptées.

Vous utiliserez des outils technologiques et des approches innovantes afin d’améliorer l’efficacité des missions d’audit.

Compétences et qualifications

De 4 à 7 années d’expérience progressive en audit externe.

Titre de CPA obtenu ou équivalent reconnu.

Solide expertise en audit des états financiers ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance des normes IFRS et NCECF.

Expérience en gestion complète de mandats d’audit.

Compétences en encadrement et en développement d’équipe, et capable d’accompagner les praticiens grâce à des occasions d’apprentissage enrichissantes.

Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de communication et de résolution de problèmes.

Aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique tout en offrant un excellent service à la clientèle.

Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
