Location: Vancouver, BC, Fully On-site (Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm with 30 minute lunch break)

Language: English, professional written and verbal communication required

Duration: November 2nd - January 15th, with the possibility of extension or permanency based on business needs

Join a respected non-profit organization during one of its busiest and most meaningful seasons. As a Donations Processing Clerk, you'll play an important role in supporting fundraising efforts by ensuring donor contributions are processed accurately and efficiently, helping create a positive experience for every donor.

Working alongside a collaborative and dedicated team, you'll contribute to the organization's mission through a combination of administrative support, donor interaction, and data accuracy. Your Responsibilities

You'll process incoming donations by sorting, batching, scanning, and accurately entering donor information into the organization's database.

You'll respond to inbound donor phone calls with professionalism, courtesy and empathy, answering questions and providing exceptional customer service.

You'll provide professional and courteous service when responding to inbound donor phone calls.

You'll support seasonal administrative activities, including mail-outs and other team projects.

You'll maintain accurate donor records and ensure information is entered correctly into Raiser’s Edge.

You'll help ensure donations are processed efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Skills and Qualifications

1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.

Strong data entry speed and accuracy with exceptional attention to detail.

Professional, friendly communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Experience with Raiser’s Edge is required, Luminate Online experience is considered an asset.

Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to changing priorities in a busy environment.

Interest in the non-profit sector or fundraising is considered an asset.
