About the Opportunity

Are you a professional, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, executive-level environment? We're looking for an experienced EA to support the CEO and COO of a rapidly growing global software investment organization with a portfolio of more than 120 businesses worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, manage complex priorities and serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You'll play an important role in keeping executives organized while creating a welcoming, professional office environment.

You'll arrange international travel, including itineraries, logistics and last-minute adjustments.

You'll confidently prioritize competing requests, protect executive time and keep communication flowing.

You'll anticipate executive needs, exercise discretion and resolve scheduling challenges independently.
