About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior leader. This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted partner, helping manage priorities, strengthen client relationships and keep important initiatives moving forward.

You'll join a close-knit, entrepreneurial team where collaboration, initiative and accountability are valued. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, anticipating needs and making a meaningful impact.

What's In It for You

Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.
Three weeks' vacation and health and dental benefits after three months.
A supportive, collaborative team in a smaller office environment.
Opportunities to expand your responsibilities and contribute new ideas.

Your Responsibilities

You'll manage executive calendars, inboxes, meetings and professional correspondence.
You'll maintain CRM records, track client interactions and proactively coordinate relationship follow-ups.
You'll anticipate priorities, identify outstanding action items and ensure commitments are completed.
You'll coordinate business travel, itineraries, expense reports and client dinners.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience using CRM systems, with Maximizer considered an asset.
Confident, polished communication and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
Post-secondary education and a proactive, resourceful approach.
Professional or financial services experience is an asset, not a requirement.

Note from the Hiring Manager
