This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted partner, helping manage priorities, strengthen client relationships and keep important initiatives moving forward.

You'll join a close-knit, entrepreneurial team where collaboration, initiative and accountability are valued. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, anticipating needs and making a meaningful impact.

A supportive, collaborative team in a smaller office environment.
Opportunities to expand your responsibilities and contribute new ideas.

Your Responsibilities

Confident, polished communication and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
Post-secondary education and a proactive, resourceful approach.
Professional or financial services experience is an asset, not a requirement.
