Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-profile executive whose work spans business leadership, philanthropy, media, travel, and personal commitments. Your Responsibilities

You'll manage a highly complex calendar, balancing shifting business and personal priorities with confidence.
You'll coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage logistics for meetings and events.
You'll prepare presentations, meeting materials, correspondence, and executive briefing packages.
You'll act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising discretion and sound judgment.
You'll coordinate personal appointments, family scheduling, and other confidential matters while maintaining exceptional organization.
You'll anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and ensure priorities continue moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of executive support experience, ideally supporting a C-suite executive or founder in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional calendar management, travel coordination, and executive administration skills.
Strong executive presence with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently with minimal direction.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend requests as business needs require.
