Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $23.00-$24/hour

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administration Project Support professional to join their Human Resources Information Management team. This role supports a large-scale HRIS transformation project, helping ensure employee information is accurately maintained across both legacy and Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

Working within a structured, process-driven environment, you'll be responsible for processing a high volume of HR transactions with exceptional accuracy while maintaining strict confidentiality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys repetitive, detail-focused work and wants to gain valuable experience supporting enterprise HR operations.

Your Responsibilities

You'll process a high volume of employee data changes across multiple HR information systems with exceptional accuracy
You'll maintain employee information in both legacy HR systems and Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring consistency across platforms
You'll review and process HR transactions, including employee status changes, personal information updates, and other workforce records
You'll follow detailed process documentation to ensure transactions are completed consistently and accurately
You'll identify discrepancies between systems and ensure employee records remain synchronized
You'll maintain accurate documentation while adhering to established service standards and timelines
You'll support the HR Information Management team with ongoing data migration and system implementation activities
You'll handle confidential employee information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
You'll collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure employee records remain accurate throughout the project lifecycle

Skills and Qualifications

1+ year of experience in an administrative, HR administration, HRIS, payroll, or data entry environment
Experience working with HRIS systems is required; Oracle HCM Cloud experience is considered a strong asset
Demonstrated experience performing high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to process repetitive work while maintaining a high level of quality
Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes is considered an asset
Experience processing HR transactions or full-cycle HR data changes is considered an asset
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work
Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling employee information
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline is considered an asset
