Your Responsibilities

You'll prepare and proofread a variety of legal documents, correspondence, and closing materials with a high level of accuracy.

You'll provide administrative support across the Real Estate team, responding to changing priorities and assisting where coverage is needed most.

You'll coordinate calendars, meetings, boardrooms, deadlines, file openings, and closing activities to help keep legal matters on track.

You'll maintain both electronic and physical files, update workflow systems, and manage document organization and filing.

You'll communicate with lawyers, colleagues, and external contacts to obtain information and coordinate day-to-day activities.

You'll assist with expense reports, invoices, time entries, document production, scanning, printing, and other administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

1+ years of legal administrative experience, ideally supporting Commercial Real Estate.

Post-secondary education in Legal Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience preparing legal documentation and supporting lawyers in a fast-paced legal environment.

Working knowledge of Teraview and Closing Folders is required.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
