- You'll monitor project costs, review invoices, manage change orders, and track project performance.
- You'll collaborate with contractors, consultants, municipal authorities, tenants, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- You'll support construction safety compliance, final inspections, deficiency reviews, and project closeout activities.

- Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, technical drawings, cost estimates, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and project management software. AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project are assets.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively.
- Current WHMIS and valid First Aid/CPR certifications, plus a valid Ontario Class G driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Additional construction safety certifications are assets.
