Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid (3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote, with additional onsite support during busy event periods)

About the Opportunity

Are you a confident people leader who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments? We are seeking an experienced Team Lead, Ads Project Management to oversee a high-performing team delivering advertising and campaign initiatives across North America, Canada, and LATAM. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role within a dynamic organization operating in the digital advertising and creator ecosystem.

In this role, you'll lead experienced project management professionals while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships, and ensure consistent delivery across multiple regions. Your Responsibilities

You'll lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 to 12 Project Managers across North America, Canada, and LATAM, fostering performance, engagement, and career growth.

You'll oversee team capacity, campaign delivery, and operational priorities, ensuring projects remain on track across multiple regions.

You'll build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, lead executive-level meetings, manage escalations, and proactively resolve risks.

You'll drive consistency by maintaining documentation, improving processes, and implementing best practices across regional teams.

You'll support team growth by participating in recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional and regional leaders to support strategic initiatives, operational scalability, and program expansion.

Skills and Qualifications

4 to 8 years of experience in project management, campaign operations, marketing, advertising, or agency environments.

Demonstrated experience leading and developing small to medium-sized teams in a fast-paced environment.

Undergraduate degree required.

Strong project management expertise with the ability to oversee multiple priorities and complex workstreams simultaneously.

Experience managing executive-level client relationships, stakeholder communications, and high-priority escalations.

Hands-on experience supporting offline events, live activations, or experiential marketing initiatives.

Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, creator ecosystems, and social media environments. Experience with major advertising platforms is considered an asset.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Spanish language skills are considered a strong asset.
