About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a growing property management organization that is expanding its portfolio and looking to add a Property Administrator to its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in property management while working in a supportive environment that values professionalism, accountability, and exceptional tenant service.

In this role, you will work closely with property managers, leasing professionals, contractors, and tenants to help deliver a seamless experience across a portfolio of residential properties. The organization is committed to developing talent and is open to training someone with strong foundational administrative skills and the right attitude.

Your Responsibilities

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and day-to-day communication

You'll coordinate maintenance and repair requests, following up to ensure timely completion

You'll support move-ins, move-outs, inspections, key management, and welcome packages

You'll maintain accurate tenant records, lease documentation, correspondence, and service logs

You'll prepare tenant notices, newsletters, and general communications while assisting with lease administration

You'll monitor amenity bookings, manage tenant concerns, and escalate issues when appropriate

You'll support reporting, filing, data entry, and ensure compliance with company policies and tenancy legislation

Skills and Qualifications

1+ years of administrative experience, ideally within property management, real estate, or a related environment

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional and confident approach

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable taking direction, adapting to expectations, and following established processes

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management systems

A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
