Altis Recruitment is partnering with a professional services organization seeking a Senior Manager to join its Accounting & Reporting Advisory team. In this role, you’ll help clients work through complex accounting questions, strengthen financial reporting practices, and understand the impact of changing standards on their processes and controls.

You’ll work closely with client finance leaders and advisory teams, bringing clear thinking to technical challenges and helping colleagues grow along the way. It’s an opportunity to combine deep accounting expertise with client relationships, team leadership, and meaningful project work.

Your Responsibilities

Senior-level progressive experience in accounting, assurance, or financial reporting advisory.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, ASPE, and U.S. GAAP.
Experience with financial reporting, close and consolidation, accounting processes, and internal controls.
Ability to research complex issues and explain recommendations clearly to clients.
Proven success leading projects, managing client expectations, and developing teams.

Vous dirigerez des mandats de services-conseils en comptabilité et en information financière, de la planification à la livraison.
Vous rédigerez ou réviserez des notes techniques portant sur des questions comptables complexes et sur les processus, selon les normes IFRS, les NCECF et les PCGR américains.
Vous conseillerez les clients sur les questions comptables techniques, l’adoption de nouvelles normes et les changements connexes aux processus et aux contrôles.
Vous réviserez les livrables de l’équipe, formulerez des commentaires constructifs et accompagnerez les membres du personnel.
Vous gérerez les communications avec les clients, les échéanciers et les aspects financiers des mandats.
Vous contribuerez activement au développement des affaires en bâtissant et en entretenant un solide réseau professionnel, notamment par une participation régulière à des événements de l’industrie, à des conférences et à des activités de réseautage.

Compétences et qualifications

Expérience progressive de niveau supérieur en comptabilité, en certification ou en services-conseils en information financière.
Titre de CPA requis.
Solide connaissance technique des normes IFRS, des NCECF et des PCGR américains.
Expérience en information financière, en clôture comptable, en consolidation, en processus comptables et en contrôles internes.
Capacité à analyser des questions complexes et à expliquer clairement vos recommandations aux clients.
Expérience ou vif intérêt pour le développement des affaires, le réseautage et la représentation de l’organisation lors d’événements professionnels.
Expérience éprouvée en direction de projets, en gestion des attentes des clients et en développement d’équipes.
