Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Hybrid, primarily remote with 1 to 2 days onsite per week)

Language: Advanced written and spoken English and French required (Bilingual Essential)

Duration: 22-month full-time term

Your Responsibilities

You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions, from sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
You'll partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, provide market insights, and guide hiring decisions.
You'll proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and creative talent attraction strategies.
You'll create interview guides, screening tools, and assessments to support fair, inclusive, and effective hiring.
You'll manage candidate communications, reference checks, offer preparation, and applicant tracking system updates.
You'll collaborate with HR colleagues on employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Skills and Qualifications

4+ years of progressive in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction platforms.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR technology, ideally including Workday and Jobvite.
Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience with professionalism and attention to detail.
