- Potential opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
- Supportive HR team offering hands-on training, mentorship, and collaboration.
- Exposure to high-volume recruitment, specialized engineering roles, and recruitment process improvements.

- You'll assist with high-volume co-op recruitment, including application reviews and interview coordination.
- You'll build relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
- You'll identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate pipelines, and overall hiring efficiency.
- You'll provide additional HR coordination and administrative support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination experience, including relevant co-op or internship experience.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Paycor; exposure to Rippling is an asset.
- Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning and navigating new software.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate screening abilities.
- Experience recruiting engineering, technical, or high-volume positions is an asset.
- Proactive, resourceful mindset with an interest in recruitment strategy, process improvement, and problem-solving.
