In this role, you'll coordinate carrier capacity, manage shipment plans, and serve as a key point of contact for transportation partners across Canada. You'll play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Gain exposure to a large-scale national transportation network and opportunities to strengthen your analytical and logistics expertise.

Strong potential contract extension.

Your Responsibilities

You'll coordinate daily shipments and secure transportation capacity with third-party carriers to support timely deliveries.

You'll build and adjust transportation plans based on changing shipment volumes, priorities, and operational requirements.

You'll proactively monitor deliveries, follow up with carriers, and resolve service issues raised by stores and distribution centres.

You'll maintain clear, professional communication with carriers and internal stakeholders, primarily through email.

You'll use transportation systems, Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow to track activities, review performance, and support reporting.

You'll identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency, service reliability, and operational processes.

Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, freight coordination, or a related environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with B2B customer service experience considered a strong asset.
